Judgment of Supreme Court, Bronx County (Jerome Reinstein, J.), rendered March 1, 1985, convicting the defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree (felony murder) and robbery in the first degree and sentencing him to concurrent indeterminate terms of 25 years to life in prison and 12 V% to 25 years in prison, respectively, is unanimously modified on the law, to reverse the second degree murder (felony murder) conviction and the matter remanded for a new trial on that count only; the judgment is otherwise affirmed.
