TALIAFERRO, Judge.

As'a decision o.f the questions involved in these two cases depends upon an interpretation of Act No. 39 of 1932 in conjunction with Art. 3547 of the Civil Code, they were, consolidated for argument and decision in this Court.

*528On November 24,' 1928, judgment was rendered and signed by the Judge of the Tenth Judicial District Court of Louisiana, in favor of J. H. Blanchard, and against Moody Smith, for $1,102.22. The judgment was not paid in whole or part, and on November 23, 1938, Blanchard filed suit in said Court to have the judgment revived. However, citation thereon did…
