This is an action for damages brought by Amanda R. Schmidt, as administratrix of the estate of Henry R. Schmidt, deceased, against Emil Willbrant growing out of a collision between two automobiles at or near the intersection, of Main and Jones streets in the city of St. Joseph. Main street runs in a northerly and southerly direction and in the vicinity of the collision, it is approximately 61 feet in width. Jones street intersects Main street at right angles.
