This ease calls for the answer to a question certified to our Supreme Court, by the Court of Civil Appeals for the Fifth Supreme Judicial District as follows:

“The appellant sued the appellee in the District Court of Ellis County, Texas, for divorce- and custody of their children. The appellee being insane, the court appointed O. K. Farrar and Y. D.
