Before the Court are Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 13-1) and Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (Doc. # 20-1). Plaintiffs brought this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 suit for declaratory and injunctive relief against four justices of the Michigan Supreme Court and the State Court Administrator of Michigan.
