In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., defendant Welsbach Electric Corp. appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered May 16, 1980, which awarded the infant plaintiff $255,000 damages, upon a jury verdict. Judgment reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion, without costs or disbursements, and action remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for a new trial on the issue of damages.
