This appeal is from an order denying release upon a writ of habeas corpus. The writ was issued by this court upon application therefor, and was made returnable before the Honorable Mitchell Gilliam, one of the judges of the superior court of King county. Erom the denial of release by that court, this appeal is prosecuted. The appellant was arrested by the sheriff of King county, by authority of a warrant issued by John B.
