ROBERT L. CARTER, District Judge.
In this action, the plaintiff, Sheet Metal Contractors Association (“SMCA”), seeks to enjoin the reaffiliation of the defendants, Local 22 and the Sheet Metal Workers’ International Association (“SMWIA”). The grounds for the action are that the reaffiliation of SMWIA and Local 22 would constitute racial discrimination in violation of federal law and the laws of New Jersey.
