Respondent was admitted to practice by this Court in 1994. She resides in the Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County.

Respondent pleaded guilty to one count of knowingly filing a false federal personal income tax return in violation of Internal Revenue Code (26 USC) § 7207. On June 1, 2005, respondent was sentenced to a one-year term of probation in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
