Plaintiffs-Appellants, Glenn Nida and Daniel Yurovich, have appealed the district court’s order granting judgment as a matter of law to defendants-appellees, Plant Protection Association National and Local 110 (PPA), and Ford Motor Company (Ford), in this labor action alleging the union’s breach of its duty of fair representation and the company’s breach of the collective bargaining agreement.
