DECISION AFTER TRIAL

This adversary proceeding was brought by judgment creditor Doubet, LLC (“Doubet”) against debtor-defendant Douglas E. Palermo (“Palermo”) seeking to deny Palermo’s discharge under Sections 727(a)(2), (3) and (5) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(2), (3) and (5). The case was tried to the Court without a jury. The following constitute the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law in accordance with Bankruptcy Rule 7052.
