The claims of error in this case, where the defendant was convicted and sentenced to be electrocuted for the murder of his wife, in addition to the general grounds of the motion for new trial relate to the charge of the court and to the question (made in a special ground of his motion for new trial) whether the venue of the crime was sufficiently shown.
