FINAL ORDER GRANTING INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

This cause comes before the court following a hearing on a motion for preliminary injunction. The plaintiffs, the Cuban Museum of Arts and Culture, Inc. (“Cuban Museum” or “Museum”) and several of its directors, seek an injunction preventing the City of Miami from evicting the Cuban Museum from the premises that it has leased from the City for over nine years. In addition to the injunctive relief sought, the plaintiffs also seek declaratory relief and damages pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 2201 and 2202 and pursuant to 42 U.S.C.…
