Introduction

This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff Steven M. St. Hilaire (“St.Hilaire”) has sued Defendant Mineo Products, Inc. (“Mineo”) for various forms of disability discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act, negligence, wrongful discharge, and breach of con tract.
