This is a school reorganization case. The principal question involved is the jurisdiction of the State Department of Public Instruction. Our holding in Brighton Independent Sch. Dist. v. County Boards of Education etc., 252 Iowa 734, 108 N.W.2d 510, governs this case and requires a reversal here.
Able counsel for the parties here, of course, did not have the benefit of Brighton in the preparation and presentation of this case.
