This case requires the Court to determine whether an insured may receive personal injury protection (“PIP”) coverage, under a personal motor vehicle liability insurance policy held by the insured, for injuries sustained while driving a taxicab owned by the insured but not covered by the personal motor vehicle liability insurance policy, where the personal motor vehicle liability insurance policy contains an exclusion for motor vehicles owned but not insured under the policy.
