This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Union county overruling exceptions to the first partial account of Fred Gabriel, administrator of the estate of Ella S. Blue, deceased, on an appeal on questions of law and fact from a judgment of the Probate Court of that county which also overruled exceptions to the first partial account.
