A jury found Appellant Rick L. Keeth (“Defendant”) guilty of driving while intoxicated, in violation of Section 577.010, 1 and recommended imposition of a $500.00 fine. In accordance with the jury verdict, the trial court entered a judgment of conviction sentencing Defendant to pay the recommended fine.
