I. Introduction

William Schroeder appeals his conviction of failure to dim headlights (section 307.070), driving while intoxicated (DWI) (section 577.010), and driving with a revoked license (DWR) (section 302.321). 1

The judgment is affirmed.

II. Facts and Procedure
