HOLLAND, Justice:
The defendant-appellant, Gregory F. Robinson (“Robinson”), appeals from a final judgment of conviction entered by the Superior Court. Robinson was found guilty of one count of Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited (“PDWPP”) under title 11, section 1448(a)(3) of the Delaware Code. Robinson appeals on two grounds. First, Robinson claims that the Superior Court erred by denying his right of self-representation under the Sixth Amendment, by excluding him from a sidebar conference.
