pin 2009, petitioner Danny Henington was found guilty by a jury of the rape of a child and was sentenced to 432 months’ imprisonment. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed. Henington v. State, 2010 Ark. App. 619, 378 S.W.3d 196.

Henington subsequently filed in the trial court a petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Arkansas Rule of Criminal Procedure 37.1 (2016) that was denied. We affirmed the order. Henington v. State, 2012…
