Roddy excepts to the judgment of the superior court sustaining the ruling of the Industrial Board in dismissing his claim against the American Credit Indemnity Company and the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company for certain alleged injuries. By agreement of counsel for both sides-the following evidence was stipulated: “On March 24, 1934, A. F.
