This criminal action was commenced on November 20, 1980 when a felony complaint was filed against defendant. Thereafter a Grand Jury handed up an indictment charging him with burglary in the third degree, criminal posses*28sion of stolen property in the third degree and petit larceny, and on February 3,1981 defendant was arraigned on the indictment.
