This matter is currently before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. #30] filed by Defendant North Carolina A & T State University1 (“Defendant”). In his complaint, Bernard L. Westbrook (“Plaintiff’) asserts claims of religious discrimination pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
