Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Mycek, J.), entered August 12, 1994 in Saratoga County, which partially granted petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul the source and storage fees charged by respondent Town of Clifton Park Water Authority.
