Following a hearing in the circuit court of Du Page County, defendant’s motion to suppress evidence found in his residence was denied by the trial court. After a bench trial, defendant, Timothy Condon, was found guilty of counts of armed violence (111. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 38, par. 33A— 2), unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis (111.
