This diversity case arises from the failed efforts of three entities to secure and perform a government contract to provide security services at Army bases throughout the Eastern United States: plaintiffs Stronghold Security, LLC (Stronghold), and Secureone, Inc. (Secureone), and defendant Sectek, Inc. (SecTek).
