The - appellee, George M. Brewer, brought suit against the defendants, Baldwin and others, to recover damages for personal injuries received by him at a crossing over the tracks of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company at Woodson, Arkansas. The cause of action is based upon the alleged common-law negligence of the appellants in the operation of their train.
