Cooley, Sr., Deceased, against Atlantic Refining Company and Western Natural Gas Company and Victoria Bank & Trust Company, as exec utor of the Estate of M. E. Cooley, Deceased, and the Victoria Bank & Trust Company as administrator with will annexed of the Estate of F. C. Cooley, Deceased, for the recovery of certain royalties produced from certain lands situated in Victoria County, Texas.
