FINAL MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
NEIMAN, United States Magistrate Judge.
There may have been some question in this class action lawsuit about the need for a final hearing on May 8, 2013, given the parties’ agreement that the case had run its course and should be dismissed. But as in our personal lives — with births, significant events and deaths — this case too deserved a rite of passage, to mark the *227occasion, explore lessons learned, and look to the future. Hence the hearing, hence this final memorandum and order.
