County of Louisa v. Grimm

One John G. Grimm was the owner of an undivided one half of the south half of the northwest quarter of Section 31, Township 75 north, Range 3 west of the 5th P. M., except the west nine acres thereof. Laura E. Grimm was. his wife. On the 11th day of March, 1920, the said John G. Grimm executed to the appellant a mortgage upon said described real estate, to secure the sum of $3,000. The wife, Laura, did not join in the execution of said mortgage.
