VAUGHT, District Judge.

Stephen Welch has filed his application for a writ of habeas corpus, contending that he is being unlawfully restrained of his liberty by the respondents, and alleges the following facts:

On October 9, 1936, he was committed by the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma to the Attorney General to serve a term of imprisonment of five years.
