M.R.J. (“the mother”) appeals from a judgment entered by the Montgomery Juvenile Court awarding custody of Z.R.J. (“the child”) to D.R.B. (“the father”). We reverse.
Procedural History
The record reveals that the child was born in September 2003. Until the instant proceedings, the mother had maintained physical custody of the child since the child’s birth.
