1Opinion of the Court

Complainant is the corporate trustee of a fund of $5,000, bequeathed by Mary W. Lippincott, deceased, for a charitable purpose. Complainant represents that the moneys bequeathed were received by it May 2d 1938, but that, by reason of subsequent changes in circumstances, it has become impossible to carry out the particular testamentary direction of the donor. It seeks advice, suggests application of the cy pres doctrine and advances a plan for the consideration of the court.
