Plaintiff-appellant Brian K. Doehr appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Eginton, J.), denying his motions for damages and attorney’s fees in a civil rights action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against defendant-appellee John F. Di Giovanni.
