DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
This is an appeal from the denial of Defendant-Appellant Leonard M. Ridgeway's motion to suppress evidence, which led to appellant's plea of no contest to two crimes: (1) attempted illegal manufacture of drugs in violation of R.C. 2923.02(A) and 2925.04, a third-degree felony; and (2) possession of drugs in violation of R.C. 2925.11, a fifth-degree felony.
