Petitioner, Albert Richard Tinajero, filed his application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus in this court. Petitioner is charged by Grand Jury indictments in the State of North Carolina with the commission of two burglaries in the city of Raleigh on the night of July 2-3, 1982. A demand for extradition of petitioner was made by the Governor of North Carolina. The Honorable Christopher S. Bond, Governor of Missouri, issued a rendition warrant pursuant to which petitioner has been taken into custody by Gordon Schweitzer, the Sheriff of the City of St. Louis, respondent…
