Farida Badeen (“Plaintiff”) filed a four count complaint against her former employer, Burns International Security Services, Inc. (“Defendant”) alleging: 1) she was denied promotion and was demoted because of her sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; 2) that her former employer paid her lower wages than male employees for equal work in violation of the Equal Pay Act. 29 U.S.C. § 206; 3) that she was not paid one and one-half times her regular rate of pay for the hours she…
