Johnston, J. :

Lou Holland collided with a locomotive and passenger-train of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad Company at a railroad and highway crossing, and she seeks to recover for the injury sustained. The case was before the court in Railroad Co. v. Holland, 58 Kan. 317, 49 Pac. 71, when a judgment in her favor was reversed because some of the findings of the jury were held to be contrary to the evidence and inconsistent with each other.
