Federal Insurance Company (Federal) appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in favor of House of Lloyd, Inc. (Lloyd), on Lloyd’s claim for insurance proceeds to cover the replacement cost of certain equipment that was destroyed by a fire on Lloyd’s property while being installed by Federal’s insured, Versa Corporation (Versa).
