¶ 1 Plaintiffs, Mac McShane and Cynthia Calvin, appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of defendant, Stirling Ranch Property Owners Association, Inc. (POA). We affirm.

I. Facts and Procedural History

¶ 2 Plaintiffs purchased a lot in Stirling Ranch intending to construct a residential home. The lot was subject to the Second Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for Stirling Ranch, P.U.D. (Declaration).
