delivered the opinion of the court.

On November 1, 1925, Dr. Robert M. Little, while driving his Overland sedan at the intersection of Ridge Avenue and Twenty-seventh Street in East St. Louis, collided with a bus owned and operated by appellant. A few days later appellant sued Dr. Little before a justice of the peace, and recovered a judgment for the damages occasioned to its bus by the said collision.
