This matter is before the Court on a Petition for Reclamation (Lift of Automatic Stay) filed by Plaintiff American Way Rentals against the Debtor George Fogel-song, and the Debtor’s Counter-Petition for Contempt for Violation of the Automatic Stay. A hearing was held on January 27, 1988. The relevant facts are as follows:
