FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSION OF LAW
SIDNEY M. WEAVER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This action was tried by the Court on February 6,1987, upon a complaint filed by the plaintiff to recover possession of two aircraft, for payment of an administrative claim and upon the counterclaim of the defendant to determine the validity, priority and extent of liens or interests in the two aircraft.
