The appellant ¡was found guilty of robbery with a deadly weapon and murder in the first degree (without capital punishment) on May 3, 1966 by a jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore. He was sentenced by Judge James A. Perrott to* a life term on the murder charge and twenty years imprisonment on the robbery count, the sentences to run consecutively.
