Appellant was found guilty of first degree murder by a jury in the Circuit Court for Howard County, and was thereafter sentenced by the court to life imprisonment under the jurisdiction of the Department of Correction. He contends on this appeal that the court erred when it refused to instruct the jury, as requested by him, that (1) “A person accused of crime may not be convicted on the uncorroborated testimony of an accomplice,” and (2) that the “Testimony of an accomplice has been held to be fraught with weakness due to the effect of fear, threats, hostility, motives or hope of leniency and…
