The defendant in this action, Jack B. Jacobs (Jacobs) is the trustee in dissolution for Market Publications, Inc. (Market), a Delaware corporation. While in Connecticut in connection with the dissolution, Jacobs was served in a state court action brought by plaintiffs Joseph J. Hanson (Hanson) and Alfred A.
