Robert Butler (“Father”) appeals from a judgment of paternity entered in the Circuit Court of Clay County. For the following reasons, the appeal is dismissed.
On September 8, 2000, Rebekah Roller (“Mother”) filed the present action in the Circuit Court of Clay County against Father seeking a declaration of paternity and an order of child support related to their daughter, Miraquelle Butler.
