YOUNG, District Judge.

This is a civil racketeering action brought by a Massachusetts trucking company, H.P. Leasing, Inc. (“Leasing”), and its principal, Patrick J. Doyle (collectively “Doyle”), against the toy manufacturer Hasbro, Inc.
