OPINION
WALLS, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on an appeal by defendants Carol and Matthew Wager from the magistrate judge’s order to remand the case to New Jersey state court, and/or in the alternative, a motion for the enforcement of the final judgment and settlement agreement in Civ. No. 97-4540. Under Fed.R.Civ.P. 78, the Court decides these matters without oral argument. The order of the magistrate judge is vacated, the ease is remanded to the Superior Court of New Jersey, and defendants’ motion for the enforcement of the final judgment and settlement agreement in Civ.…
